Bilbao City Rooms

I found the location very central. The room was clean and had a kettle, which I appreciated for my morning tea. I enjoyed walking around the area, and the helpful staff gave great dining recommendations. After checking in, we walked to local bars and discovered amazing pintxos nearby, which reminded me of my home country's coffee culture. It was a nice experience.

Had a great stay! The location is spot on, just a short walk to the Guggenheim and great eateries. The ceiling fan was helpful during the warm nights, though the room felt a bit stuffy without AC. A solid choice for exploring Bilbao!

The room I booked was clean with 3 single beds and the shower plus lovely bathroom. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a refrigerator were really useful. The food was gorgeous, the staff was willing to help...

The riverside bike path and nearby brew pub were good.

The noise at night was horrendous, with groups of revellers disturbing our sleep until dawn every night. Despite requesting a room change, the staff showed little concern. The lack of air conditioning left our room uncomfortably warm, and opening the window was not an option due to the outside chaos.

I was appalled that no air conditioning existed, and the noise from the ceiling fan was just charming. But the real kicker? I expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, yet none was offered. Seems like I'm just another standard guest here, not a VIP. Absolutely disappointing.

decent stay with great location

The location was fantastic, just two blocks from the airport bus stop. I appreciated the ceiling fan in the room, it helped keep the temperature right during warm nights. The staff were helpful in giving me excellent dining recommendations. Plus, the view from my room, capturing the cityscape, made my mornings more enjoyable.

The Beautiful Twin Room was spacious and cozy, with a nice tea and coffee station. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean. The location was perfect for exploring, just a short walk to the Guggenheim. A fridge in the room was a nice touch, too! I felt there could be a better ventilation system. It got a bit stuffy at times without AC.
